The restructuring of UK entails a write-down of accounts receivable of SEK 15 million
In connection with the restructuring of the UK region, the company conducted an audit of the balance sheet and identified a need for write down of account receivable of SEK 15 million.
The restructuring of the UK operations, which began in the fourth quarter of 2021, aims to complete the integration of the company's acquisitions and create long-term profitability. This is expected to give an improved profitability of approximately SEK 35–40 million on an annual basis and the estimated transformation costs during 2022 amounts to SEK 15–20 million (excluding write-downs of accounts receivable). The transformation costs are expected to be charged in Q1-Q3 2022 and the restructuring is expected to be completed during Q4 2022.
On April 29 at 08.00 (CET), the company will release its interim report for the first quarter of 2022 with a telephone conference at 10.00 (CET). During the webcast, President and CEO Carl-Johan Zetterberg Boudrie will present the report and answer subsequent questions.
