Shape Robotics is appointed exclusive distributor of DOBOT in Romania and Republic of Moldova

On May 25th, 2023, Shape Robotics subsidiary in Romania signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Shenzhen Yuejiang Technology Co., Ltd, a People’s Republic of China, known as the producer of DOBOT Robots. Shape Robotics has been appointed as exclusive distributor of DOBOT equipment in Romania and Republic of Moldova and was granted a non-exclusive licence to sell DOBOT equipment in Bulgaria.

Founded in 2015, Dobot Robotics is the creator of the world's first desktop grade collaborative robot and offers 6 main product lines: CR, CRS, MG400, M1 Pro, Nova, and Magician, with more than a dozen of collaborative robot models.

Appointing Shape Robotics as exclusive distributor allows for both DOBOT and Shape Robotics to strengthen their presence in the region by supplying of STEAM equipment, including robotics for use in teaching, adding to Shape Robotics’ pledge to support the STEAM process of education.

The demand for robots in the Education industry continues to increase and since robotics starts to become a natural part of the school environment, Shape Robotics joined forces with DOBOT in preparation for future tenders in Romania, the Republic of Moldova and Bulgaria, broadening the STEAM equipment portfolio so that it corresponds to any requirement the future projects will have.
