Reporting of transactions by executive employees and their closely associated persons in Freetrailer Group A/S

Chairman of the Board Thomas Zeihlund has acquired 40,000 shares in Freetrailer through his company, Riverhorse ApS.  

Freetrailer Group A/S today announces that Chairman of the Board Thomas Zeihlund has made a significant investment in the company's shares.  

"I have followed Freetrailer's development closely in recent years, but after my recent appointment as Chairman of the Board, I have also gained insight into an exciting company with a strong management team. Over the past year, Freetrailer has significantly increased growth with healthy finances through several innovative initiatives and important partnerships in Denmark, Germany, Sweden and Norway. I believe that Freetrailer Group is facing a very exciting future, and therefore I have chosen to buy shares in the company," says Thomas Zeihlund.  

Going forward, Freetrailer will disclose transactions where senior executives, board members or their close relatives buy or sell shares in the company for a total amount exceeding 20,000 euros.
