PolarCool further expands its collaboration with the United Rugby Championship
Med-tech company PolarCool (publ.) expands its collaboration within the United Rugby Championship (URC), by signing an agreement with Dragons Rugby. The Welsh team becomes the seventh team in the URC to provide treatment with the PolarCap® System.
The current agreement between the URC and PolarCool includes the introduction of PolarCap® across the five nations of the URC. With the addition of Dragons Rugby, the teams providing concussion treatment with PolarCap® now include Dragons Rugby (Wales), Cardiff Rugby (Wales), Scarlets Rugby (Wales), Edinburgh Rugby (Scotland), Zebre Parma (Italy), Connacht Rugby (Ireland), and Vodacom Bulls (South Africa).

PolarCool and the URC are collectively aiming to conduct a large-scale scientific research project, which would involve a collaboration with additional rugby organizations such as World Rugby, along with leading global researchers in the field of sports science.
