Kollect on Demand Holding AB announces changes to Board
Kollect on Demand AB (”Kollect” or the ”Company”) today announces nominations to the Board of Directors.
Background
The Company has today announced that at its upcoming AGM, two new people are seeking nomination to the Board of Directors and three of its current Directors will not be seeking renomination.
Andy Byrne and Mary Dunphy are seeking to be nominated to the Board, whilst Johnny Fortune, the current Chairman, Maoiliosa O’Culachain and Stefan Wikstrand, both Non-Executive Directors, are not seeking renomination. John O’Connor, CEO and largest shareholder, will remain as a Director.
Mary is a experienced senior executive who is highly skilled in advising and delivery business improvement with high-tech, telco, professional services and financial services c-suite teams and boards. She has formerly held Global CEO, Partner and Senior Managing Director level roles at CoderDojo, Accenture and Teneo. In addition, she has been a chairperson at the Dublin Fringe Festival and remains business advisor on a volunteer basis at Unicef. While based out of Dublin, her career has been primarily EMEA and Globally focused. She has been awarded multiple international and national awards as a tech change maker and influencer and as a keynote speaker.
Andy is a successful Irish entrepreneur and businessman, including a prominent e-commerce business, and through Entrepreneur Supplies Limited, is the second largest shareholder in Kollect. Andrew was an initial investor in the IPO and has long been a supporter of Management.
Johnny Fortune, a successful Irish Corporate Financier, Maoiliosa O’Culachain, an entrepreneur and qualified lawyer, and Stefan Wikstrand, CFO of G5 Entertainment, have all been members of the Board for nearly 3 years, prior to the Company’s IPO.
