Katalysen Ventures forms strategic partnership with issuing specialist Nordic Issuing

Katalysen Ventures has initiated a strategic partnership with Sweden-based issuing specialist Nordic Issuing. Through this collaboration, Katalysen Ventures will be able to ensure that its portfolio companies can access a broad range of issuing services, including services related to IPO´s, rights issues, warrant redemptions, public takeover offers and directed issues.
