Change of Certified Adviser to Donkey Republic

Donkey Republic hereby announces that the Company has entered into an agreement with Grant Thornton International to take up the role of Certified Adviser. Grant Thornton will take up the role as Certified Adviser on October 1, 2023. Until then, Clearwater International will continue to act as Certified Adviser for the Company.
