Cancellation of UIE treasury shares

Based on the authorisation given at the Annual General Meeting on 20 May 2021, UIE Plc. (“UIE”) hereby confirms the cancellation of 20,000 treasury shares with effect from 16 February 2022. The capital reduction was duly registered with the Malta Business Registry.
