BPC Instruments expands into Southeast Asia Market through a newly launched business accelerator program
BPC Instruments AB (“BPC” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce its participation in the newly launched Business Accelerator Program Southeast Asia (BAPSEA) program. The program, run by the Swedish Energy Agency and Business Sweden, aims to support Swedish small and medium-sized environmental technology companies in exploring the growing market potential in Southeast Asia. The program - spanning 18 months – will give BPC access to tailored advice, delegation trips, and networking opportunities with industry leaders, government officials, and potential business partners to help accelerate the Company’s business expansion in Southeast Asia.
BPC has recently ramped up its business expansion and increased market penetration in selected countries and regions in Asia, including China, Japan, South Korea, India, and Singapore. Southeast Asia is experiencing significant regional initiatives that highlight the urgency of international collaboration in combatting climate change and transitioning to a sustainable energy system. Recognizing the tremendous growth opportunities in Southeast Asia, particularly in the wake of the global pandemic, BPC is well-positioned to provide solutions that address these challenges, making the region a potential new market.
As part of the BAPSEA-2023 team, BPC will benefit from tailored advice, delegation trips, and networking opportunities with industry leaders, government officials, and potential business partners. Workshops, seminars, and consulting services will provide BPC with deeper insights into Southeast Asia’s renewable energy and material market and guidance on identifying growth opportunities specific to the region.
CEO at BPC, Dr. Jing Liu comments:
“I am thrilled that BPC has been approved for the BAPSEA program, which will help BPC to evaluate and have a better understanding of the current and future business potential in Southeast Asia, particularly in Malaysia and Indonesia, for both biogas and biodegradable plastic markets. The program will provide us with invaluable resources, mentorship, and networking opportunities to help us achieve our goals of tapping into new markets and business segments. I am grateful for this opportunity and eagerly anticipate the positive impact it will have on our business expansion in Southeast Asia.”
