Advenica receives order for data diodes, worth 1.5 MSEK, from authority in Southern Europe
Advenica has received an order regarding data diodes from an authority in Southern Europe. The deal is worth 1.5 MSEK and delivery will take place immediately.
Authorities often handle large amounts of sensitive information. Information that can be valuable both for society, the authority and for the individual. If such information is lost or incorrect, it can have disastrous consequences.
To protect sensitive systems and confidential data, data diodes are the most secure option. The function of a data diode is to allow data to pass forward, while blocking data in the opposite direction. And since it is not software, it cannot be directly attacked by malware, resulting in high security. Every organisation that uses sensitive information has a great use of a data diode to protect its valuable information and to achieve a secure exchange of data.
Advenica GmbH in Vienna has now received an order for data diodes from an authority in Southern Europe. Delivery of the order will take place immediately.
"To protect the sensitive information, authorities need solutions that are approved at a higher level. With a data diode, both the integrity of the network is maintained by preventing intrusions and the confidentiality of the network by protecting the most protective information" says Marie Bengtsson, CEO Advenica.
