Ngenic: Announces a SEK34m rights issue - Redeye

Redeye comments on Ngenic’s announcement of a SEK34m rights issue of units consisting of shares and warrants. We are encouraged to see that Ngenic has finally found a financing solution (although it leads to a significant dilution) and that the company will apply to end the debt restructuring (sw. företagsrekonstruktion).
