Nanexa: Outcome of rights issue announced - Redeye

Redeye comments on the outcome of Nanexa’s rights issue, that resulted in a subscription rate of 34.7% (with and without the support of subscription rights) where guarantors furthermore took 27.1% of the issue, leading to gross proceeds of SEK75m and a 62% total subscription rate. We comment on the outcome and make a preliminary adjustment of our base case.
