Maximum Entertainment: Demand of earnout payments creates uncertainty - Redeye

Redeye comments on Maximum Entertainment following the demand from CEO, Christina Seelye, and COO, Thierry Bonnefoi, of earnouts payment totaling SEK116m. As the company had cash of EUR5.6m at the end of Q2 2024, it is unclear how the earnouts can be settled. Given this uncertainty, we put our rating and valuation under review.
