BeammWave: Capital raise - Redeye

Redeye has commented on BeammWave's capital raise, which aims to secure SEK39.5m before transaction costs. The issuance has a 67.5% guarantee, with Concejo committing an additional 7.5% beyond its pro-rata share. Participation also comes from existing shareholders, management, and the board in the rights issue. Redeye projects an 80% subscription rate to the issue and anticipates the exercise of the attached warrants. Combined, Redeye believes these efforts will sustain BeammWave until it achieves positive free cash flow, prompting an update to its fair value range.
