Arise: Positive refinancing news and a new SEK50m share buyback program - Redeye

Redeye comments on Arise’s new SEK50m share repurchase program, refinancing its green facility of EUR52m, a new revolving green facility of EUR40m, and the redemption of its EUR50m green bond. We find the refinancing news positive as it increases Arise’s financial flexibility and reduces the annual financing costs. We also consider the share buyback program positive as the Arise shares are trading significantly under our base case.
