Toivo Group Plc’s (“the Company” or “Toivo”) financial announcements and Annual General Meeting in 2023:
In 2023, Toivo will publish a financial statement release, a half-year review and business reviews for the first three and nine months as follows:
- 28 February 2023 Financial Statement Release 2022
- 12 May 2023 Business Review Q1/2023
- 9 August 2023 Half-year review H1/2023
- 8 November 2023 Business Review Q3/2023
Prior to the publication of announcements, the Company will observe a 30-day silent period, during which it will not comment on its financial performance or business outlook nor meet with representatives of the capital markets or the media.
The Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held in Helsinki on 12 April 2023. The Board of Directors of Toivo will convene the Annual General Meeting later.
Toivo’s financial information will be published in Finnish and in English. After their release, the announcements will be available on the Company’s website at investors.toivo.fi/en.
