The Swedish National Agency for Education chooses Fabege and Solna Business Park

Fabege has signed a new lease in Solna Business Park with the Swedish National Agency for Education covering 11,000 square metres, a reduction of 2,000 square metres. The agreement means that the Swedish National Agency for Education will continue to use the Fräsaren 12 property at Svetsarvägen 16. The new lease will enter into force on 1 October 2024 and last for six years.

The premises in the property Fräsaren 12 will be configured in line with the Swedish National Agency for Education’s workplace strategy, to meet the need to have an attractive and modern workplace that facilitates cooperation, openness, creativity and movement.

The rental value amounts to just over SEK 36 million per year, reducing net lettings by SEK 14 million. The property is certified to BREEAM-SE standard, at the Excellent level.

Solna Business Park has an excellent location in terms of public transport, as the light railway passes through it and Sundbyberg station is just a five-minute walk away. This is the only station in Stockholm at which the metro, light railway, local trains and intercity trains meet.
