TELESTE INCREASES TRANSPARENCY IN INVESTOR COMMUNICATIONS
Teleste is increasing transparency in its financial reporting from the beginning of 2023 onwards. Teleste is from now on adding the orders received, order book and net sales for its two business units, namely ‘Broadband Networks’ and ‘Public Safety and Mobility’, in its quarterly financial reporting. These business unit names will be used consistently in communications whenever reference is being made to a specific business unit.
“At our company, we are committed to fostering open communication and establishing trust among our stakeholders. To that end, we are taking steps to increase transparency in our financial reporting and communication. One of these steps is to report certain financial data separately for each of our business units”, says the company CEO Esa Harju.
“We are increasing transparency and serving the market better by releasing certain financial data at a business unit level. This will assist analysts and investors in gaining a deeper understanding of our business”, adds Teleste’s CFO Juha Hyytiäinen.
Teleste’s ‘Broadband Networks’ business unit provides access network products and advanced services for cable and telecommunication network operators. ‘Public Safety and Mobility’ business unit provides products and solutions to the public transport operators, rolling stock manufacturers and to the public security sector.
