Share subscriptions based on stock options 2019 I, 2020 I and 2021 I
Aiforia Technologies Plc, Company release, 11 May 2023 09:00 a.m. EEST. A total of 63,600 Aiforia Technologies Plc’s new shares has been subscribed for with the Stock Options 2019 I, 2020 I and 2021 I on 11 April 2023.
For subscriptions made with the stock options 2019 I, 2020 I and 2021 I, the entire subscription price of EUR 87,284.64 will be entered in the reserve for invested unrestricted equity.
After the trade registration the total amount of shares is 25,945,616.
The shares subscribed for under the stock options 2019 I, 2020 I and 2021 I have been registered in the Trade Register on 11 May 2023, as of which date the new shares will establish shareholder rights.
The shares will be traded in the Nasdaq Helsinki Plc’s First North Growth Market Finland -marketplace as an additional lot with the company’s old shares as of 12 May 2023.
