Share issue in accordance with the terms of the share-based incentive system
Toivo Group Plc, company release, 3 April 2024 at 4:00 p.m.
On the basis of the authorisation granted by the Annual General Meeting held on 12 April 2023, a free directed share issue was decided on for persons entitled to a share award. A maximum of 142,523 shares held by Toivo Group Plc will be issued free of charge in the share issue. The free share issue is being carried out for the purpose of rewarding and committing the company's key personnel. There is a serious financial reason for derogating from the shareholder’s pre-emptive right, as referred to in Chapter 9, Section 4, Subsection 1 of the Limited Liability Companies Act.
