Report of the Extraordinary General Meeting

Today, on 2024-01-11, MyFirstApp Sweden AB (publ) held an extraordinary general meeting. All decisions were made unanimously.
The following material decisions were made:
- The meeting decided on the election of Stefan Wilhelmsson and Niklas Axelsson. Stefan Wilhelmsson was appointed as the chairman of the board. Christian Kronegård and Hans Orre declined re-election.
- The meeting decided on a reduction of the company's share capital to SEK 500,000 to cover losses without withdrawal of shares.
- The meeting decided that the limits for share capital and number of shares in the company's articles of association be changed as follows:
§ 4 Share Capital
The company's share capital shall be no less than SEK 500,000 and no more than SEK 2,000,000.
§ 5 Number of Shares
The number of shares shall be no less than 3,609,299 shares and no more than 14,437,196 shares.
It was resolved that the board shall be granted the right to make any minor adjustments that may be required in connection with the registration of the resolutions with the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket) and Euroclear Sweden AB.

Stefan Wilhelmsson
Stefan Wilhelmsson, born in 1961, with a background as a trained teacher in sports and biology, has made a significant impact in leadership and business development since moving to the business sector. As the chairman of Future Gaming Group AB since 2016, as well as in his roles at Falvir AB and Bangerhead AB, Stefan has demonstrated a strong ability to drive companies forward with his strategic thinking and leadership skills.
Niklas Axelsson
Niklas Axelsson, born in 1986, is an educator specializing in sports & health and English. His career is marked by a deep commitment to the education sector, where he has successfully combined his passion for sports with his profession. Niklas is known for his ability to inspire and guide through his educational methods, making him a valuable asset in the company's upcoming missions.
