Ranplan partners with Chongqing College of Electronic Engineering
Stockholm, Sweden, 18 August 2021 – Following a comprehensive evaluation in the last few months, Chongqing College of Electronic Engineering (CQCEE) - one of the leading technical institutions in China - has awarded Ranplan Wireless a contract worth around USD 140k (SEK 1.2 million) for the provision of software licenses, training and support over a three-year period. Deliveries of the software resulting in net sales are envisaged to take place in the second half of the 2021 calendar.
“We take considerable pride in our contribution and involvement in the advancement of using software simulation for educational purposes. As the realisation of the 5G vision enters its most exciting phase, spurred by the unleashing of a number of fascinating vertical applications calling for exceptional reliability, extra-low latency and extraordinary throughput, predictive analysis before and after the deployment of wireless networks will become increasingly indispensable. Our pedigree within academia, pioneering work within the art of HetNets and unsurpassed understanding of radio technology, telecom standards and software development make us an excellent partner to institutes of higher learning within our field of expertise. We seek to share our knowledge”, said Per Lindberg, CEO, Ranplan Group AB.
