Nordisk Bergteknik completes the acquisition of TSB Borrentreprenad
As of today, August 29, Nordisk Bergteknik completes the acquisition of TSB Borrentreprenad AB. Nordisk Bergteknik announced on August 12 that it had entered into an agreement regarding the acquisition of all shares in TSB.
TSB was founded in 1992 and had sales of approximately SEK 49 million in 2021. The company has around 25 employees and provides services in directional drilling, hammer drilling and core drilling. The business is based in Sollefteå and operates primarily in Norrland but undertakes assignments throughout Sweden. The company is consolidated into Rock Sweden on the 31st of August 2022.
“It is gratifying that we now complete the acquisition of TSB. Through the acquisition we strengthen our competence in drilling and broaden our offer even further. At the same time, we are further strengthening our geographic presence in Norrland, which is obviously positive as it is a region where demand is expected to be high in the coming years”, says Andreas Christoffersson, CEO of Nordisk Bergteknik.
