KlaraBo continues to increase earnings capacity through two new leases
KlaraBo has signed a six-year lease comprising approximately 350 sq. m. with the Swedish National Government Service Center at Västra Kyrkogatan in the center of Västervik. The annual rental value amounts to approximately SEK 1.7 million and occupancy is scheduled to 1 March 2023.
The premises were previously used as a personnel area for the different enterprises in Tullporten Galleria but has for some time remained unused. In conjunction with the lease, and to facilitate the activities of the Swedish National Government Service Center’s activities, KlaraBo will invest approximately SEK 5.0 million in the premises. The property will be fully let after the lease.

In addition, KlaraBo has also extended its lease with Praktikertjänst in the company premises in Malmö with just over 130 sq. m. of additional space corresponding to approximately SEK 0.2 million in annual rent. The total area of the lease thus amounts to approximately 470 sq. m. with a total rental value of approximately SEK 1.2 million. The rental period is in line with the previously signed contract, extending to 16 January 2029.
Within a short time, KlaraBo has completed three premises rentals totaling SEK 6.0 million in annual rental value, thus increasing the earnings capacity relative to reported figures as per 30 June.
