Change in Toivo Group’s management team

Aleksi Kallio, Finance Director and Chief Risk Officer of Toivo Group Plc (“Company” or “Toivo”), will leave his position during March 2023 and take on a new role outside the Company. Kallio has worked as Toivo’s Finance Director and Chief Risk Officer since 2019.
“I would like to thank Aleksi Kallio for his meritorious work for Toivo and wish him success for the future,” says Markus Myllymäki, CEO of Toivo.
Toivo appoints Lauri Rekola as the company’s new Finance Director and Chief Risk Officer and a member of the management team. Rekola will start in his position in 9th March 2023.
Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration Lauri Rekola has accumulated extensive experience in corporate finance by working for Nordea and Handelsbanken, among others. Since 2022, Rekola has worked for Toivo’s largest shareholder, Raatihuone Oy (“Raatihuone”). He is responsible for the company’s finances, funding and administration, and participates in the strategic development of the associated companies of Raatihuone.
