Cancellation of UIE treasury shares

Based on the authorisation given at the Annual General Meeting on 19 May 2022, UIE Plc. (“UIE”) hereby confirms the cancellation of 1,300,000 treasury shares. The capital reduction is duly registered with the Malta Business Registry.
