Truecaller's founders transfer shares to close relatives as gifts

Co-founders and board members Alan Mamedi and Nami Zarringhalam have transferred 1,000,000 Class B shares each as gifts to close relatives. The share transfers represent approximately 3.6% of their current shareholdings in Truecaller. In accordance with applicable regulations, these gifts have been reported according to applicable regulations.

After the transfers, their respective shareholdings will amount to 26,378,319 shares, including 23,391,900 Class A shares and 2,986,419 Class B shares, representing approximately 7.5% of the capital and 30.6% of the votes in Truecaller.
