Copenhagen, Denmark - Movinn has completed a full API integration from existing, inhouse-built management (PMS) software to automate distribution across several new sales channels. This feature has several anticipated benefits: It is an added step to further automate our sales efforts, it will allow us to improve on our vacancy - and expectedly sell structural availability more effeciently than we have been able to do historically. It will also increase our visibility towards prospective new clients when being present across several platforms. It will not be all the units that the Company are able to add to this distribution network, but there will be a ramp up of units in distribution and a ramp up in channels in the coming weeks. With this integration, the Company expect to further offset the structural (and historical) seasonality pattern as well as improving annual revenue pr. unit, which is a long term value driver.
The company has developed the technology with our inhouse tech team under the management of CEO, Patrick Blok. Developing these feratures inhouse improves our software infrastructure significantly, while being a cost-optimal solution, as the Company are not paying high license fees to external software providers. It is also aligned with our technology-driven sales strategy to further automate sales.
CEO, Patrick Blok states: "In November we developed some steps to automate and strenghten our sales efforts. Step one was our dynamic pricing and direct booking feature that was launched in late january. Step two is this integration and step three is the Velocity Pro platform, which remains under development and launching soon as well. Great effort from the team and great momentum in our tech-deployment. This will further automate our inbound traffic, increase our reach, revenue potential and continue to make us more scalable in our sales efforts. And we are doing it all in-house, which is pretty incredible. It highlights that we are a digital, tech-driven company with a portfolio of inhouse software and IoT products that is constantly improving. We don't plug in existing software and we don't pay a ton of external sotfware licenses. All these features obviously takes time to build, but it makes us a stronger competitor in the longer run. And we have more features planned".
