Smoltek Replaces Capital Markets Day with Digital Strategic Update

Smoltek Nanotech Holding AB (publ) (“Smoltek” or the “Company”) announces that the planned Capital Markets Day for the first quarter of 2025 will be replaced with digital capital market activities. The objective is to reach a broader audience and provide the market with clear, value-creating strategic updates in a more accessible format.

“Our goal is to offer investors and other stakeholders a transparent and insightful view of our technology development, ongoing business discussions, and the company’s capitalization,” says Håkan Persson, CEO of Smoltek.

To ensure that relevant information about the company's operations and progress within its business areas reaches as many people as possible, Smoltek will conduct digital capital market activities during the spring. The exact timing and format of these activities will be announced once they have been determined.

“Strategic updates for our business areas are planned to be presented no later than April, but the exact format and timing are yet to be decided. We look forward to sharing important information with our investors and other stakeholders in an efficient way,” adds Håkan Persson.
