SLP signs a 5-year lease with a new tenant in Malmö
SLP has signed a lease with a new tenant in the property Hoven 1 in Malmö. The agreement runs for five years and the annual rent is SEK 2.2 million for the logistics premises with an area of approximately 1,800 square meters. The agreement begins in August and is fully indexed.
"It feels very satisfying to tie another new tenant to us and be able to offer them efficient premises in Malmö with so-called last mile location,” says Tommy Åstrand, CEO of SLP.
The property Hoven 1 is located next to E6 and has a total lettable area of 4,300 sqm. On the property, which already has sustainable financing today, solar cells are being installed for a more climate-friendly and efficient energy solution.
