Management Transactions

In company announcement no. 22 on 23 April 2021 regarding management transactions, it was stated that Anne Frederiksen, wife of CTO and board member Lars Frederiksen, had acquired 5 989 shares in LED iBond International A/S’ rights issue announced on 16 March 2021.

Due to an unintentional administrative error relating to Anne Frederiksen’s subscription, these shares were unfortunately not allocated to her. However, this has no effect on the outcome of the rights issue or for LED iBond International A/S as all shares in the offering have been allocated and paid for.
