Major shareholding notification

Optimus Invest Limited, a company owned by Andre Lavold, has today sold 50,000 shares in Gentoo Media Inc. As a result of this transaction, Lavold and close associates has reduced its holding in Gentoo to 6,700,000 shares in Gentoo, or 4.97 % of the outstanding shares in Gentoo.
