According to Section 30 of the Danish Capital Markets Act, Penneo A/S hereby announces that we have received notification from Viking Venture 29 AS, on changes in Viking Venture 29 AS’ holding of shares and voting rights in Penneo A/S. The changes occurred on August 10, 2023.

Viking Venture 29 AS now owns 9.2% of the shares and voting rights.
