Logistri acquires five newly built light industrial properties with a total property value of SEK 350 million

Logistri Fastighets AB (publ) ("Logistri") today announced that the company has entered into an agreement to acquire five modern and environmentally certified properties. The underlying agreed property value amounts to a total of SEK 350 million before customary deduction of deferred tax. Three of the properties will preliminarily take possession on March 14 and two properties under construction will be taken possession during the first half of 2026. The properties have a total leasable area of 20,291 m2. Annual rental income amounts to SEK 27.7 million with a remaining average contract length of 11 years.

Logistri expands its cooperation with Torngrund and acquires five modern and high-quality light industrial properties.

The properties are fully leased to market-leading tenants with long-term leases. The tenants include Hitachi Energy, Wiretronic, Ahlberg Cameras, Entrack and others.

The properties Smedjebacken Bokbindaren 1, Nyköping Fargo 6 and Karlstad Västra Torp 1:93 will be taken possession of on 14 March 2025. Norrtälje Görla 9:25 and Vänersborg Stallet 18 are under construction and possession will take place in connection with completion, which is planned for the second quarter of 2026.

Logistri intends to finance the acquisitions, which will be completed on March 14, with existing cash. The company continues to see good opportunities to grow with profitable acquisitions. Following closing of announced acquisitions in 2025 and 2026, the market value of Logistris' properties amounts to more than SEK 2.6 billion.
