Large Shareholder Exercises Warrants, Adding 1.49 MSEK to Company

A large shareholder in Katalysen Ventures AB (publ) (“Katalysen") has exercised warrants on Katalysen shares, at strike price 14.9 SEK. This results in a 1.49 million SEK cash addition to Katalysen.

Once registered, this will result in an increase in the total number of shares in the Company from 7'954'025 to 8'054'025 and the share capital will change from 1'034'023.25 SEK to 1'047'023.25 SEK. The warrants were originally purchased from Katalysen in a new issue of warrants in October 2023.
