K-Fastigheter makes changes in Group management

K-Fast Holding AB (publ) (“K-Fastigheter”) will make changes in the Group management and working methods as of April 1, 2025.

The Group management will consist of:

Jacob Karlsson, CEO

Martin Larsson, CFO and deputy CEO

Niclas Bagler, deputy CEO and Head of Construction

Martin Johannesson, Head of Property Management

Leif Astikainen, COO and Head of HR

In addition, an extended Group management team will be formed that continuously will assist the Group management. The extended Group management consists of:

Magnus Persson, Business Development manager

Åsa Fredin, Head of Project Development

Stefan Paulsson, CEO of K-Prefab

Jimmy Fröberg, Head of Group Accounting

Camilla Wiksten, General Counsel

Mathias Holm, Head of IT for the Group

Henrik Gustafsson, Chief Procurement Officer

Johan Hammarqvist, Head of Investor Relations and Communications

In connection with this change, Eric Johansson at his own request has chosen to leave his roll as Head of business area Building and thereby the Group management. Eric Johansson will remain in the Group in another role until August 31, 2025. Niclas Bagler will be acting as Head of business area Building while recruitment of a new Head of business area building is ongoing.
