Hans Wallenstam restructures his shareholding

Hans Wallenstam and companies, principal shareholder of Wallenstam AB, is restructuring his shareholding in Wallenstam AB, which means that a number of transactions are being carried out. The restructuring does not involve any changes in the number of shares or votes.

Both before and after the restructuring, the holding, including shares held through companies, amounts to 69,000,000 A shares and 96,000,000 B shares. The holding amounts to 25.00 percent of the equity and to 61.54 percent of the votes in Wallenstam AB.
