Front Ventures fullföljer avyttringen av Intergiro och blir partner i investerarkonsortium

Front Ventures AB (Publ) har fullföljt avyttringen av sitt innehav i Intergiro Intl AB (publ) genom försäljning av 8 099 352 aktier för totalt 8,1 miljoner euro.

Som ersättning erhåller bolaget aktier i ett nybildat företag, etablerat av ett investerarkonsortium som inkluderar den institutionella investeraren Corstone, med huvudkontor i Washington, D.C. Transaktionen innebär att Front Ventures AB (Publ) blir en partner i konsortiet tillsammans med andra tidigare aktieägare i Intergiro.

Som en del av avtalet tecknar Front Ventures AB (Publ) aktier i det nybildade bolaget genom kvittning av transaktionslikviden, motsvarande 8,1 miljoner euro.

Konsortiet arbetar nu med strategiska åtgärder för att realisera Intergiros tillväxtpotential. Denna struktur säkerställer att Front Ventures och dess aktieägare kan dra nytta av en eventuell värdeökning som skapas genom konsortiets arbete.

Front Ventures completes the divestment of Intergiro and becomes a partner in an investor consortium

Stockholm, March 4th, 2025 - Front Ventures AB (Publ) has completed the divestment of its holding in Intergiro Intl AB (Publ) by selling 8,099,352 shares for a total of 8.1 million euros.

As compensation, the company will receive shares in a newly formed company, established by an investor consortium which includes the institutional investor Corstone, headquartered in Washington, D.C. Corstone, with over USD 3.5 billion in assets under management, has more than 30 years of experience in investing in and operating high-growth companies globally. www.corstone.com.

The transaction means that Front Ventures AB (Publ) will become a partner in the consortium together with other former shareholders of Intergiro.

As part of the agreement, Front Ventures AB (Publ) subscribes for shares in the newly formed company by offsetting the transaction proceeds, corresponding to 8.1 million euros.

The consortium is now pursuing strategic measures to realize Intergiro's growth potential. This structure ensures that Front Ventures AB (Publ) and its shareholders can benefit from a potential increase in value created by the consortium's efforts.

As soon as the Swedish Companies Registration Office has completed the registration of the company, further details of the transaction will be published.
