Flagging notification in Katalysen Ventures AB (publ) following shareholder updates

As a result of the private placement that was announced 2022-10-24, from which delivery of shares was just completed, Katalysen Ventures AB (publ) (“Katalysen Ventures”) publishes a flagging notification following shareholder updates.

The flagging notification relates to shareholder Hallman Holding International Investment GmbH, whose shareholding grew from an estimated 9.2% to 10.5% following the private placement.

Klemens Hallmann, the founder of Hallmann Holding International Investment GmbH, is a highly public entrepreneur and philanthropist, and the founder and sole owner of Hallmann Corporate Group, one of Austria’s leading groups of companies with investments in real estate, finance, technology, and film production.
