Herning, Denmark, 28 April 2023 - The Board of Directors hereby convenes the annual general meeting of Everfuel A/S to be held on Tuesday, 16 May 2023 at 09:00 AM CEST.
The Annual General Meeting will be held electronically. Shareholders who wish to attend the meeting are requested to send a notice of attendance no later than 12 May 2023, 11:59 PM CEST according to the attendance form attached to this notice. Details for the electronic meeting will only be provided to shareholders who have given notice in advance.
