ESGFIRE comment:
Ekobot today (12/2 2024) announces that they have received the anticipated contribution of 1,7 million SEK from the Swedish Board of Agriculture. Ekobot's autonomous agricultural robot project has been financed through the Swedish Board of Agriculture. The project has now been completed , hence the disbursement of the contribution. The contribution is highly welcomed for the strained liquidity situation of the company and somewhat eases the ongoing financing situation. All project costs have already been incurred, so the disbursement provides a direct strengthening of the company's cash position.
The project support was initially approved by the Swedish Board of Agriculture in November 2017 for a total contribution of 9.2 million SEK.
