Arctic Bioscience – Mandatory notification of trade

Gold Coast Nutrition, a legal person closely associated with a person discharging managerial responsibility in Arctic Bioscience, has today bought 5,000 shares in Arctic Bioscience at an average price of NOK 3,08 per share. Following the transaction, Gold Coast Nutrition holds 455,000 shares in Arctic Bioscience.

CSO at Arctic Bioscience, Hogne Hallaråker, is the owner of Gold Coast Nutrition.
