Christer Valderhaug, CEO in Arctic Bioscience, has today bought 27.630 shares in Arctic Bioscience at an average price of NOK 10,8342 per share. Following the transaction, Christer Valderhaug holds 47.630 shares and 250.000 share options in Arctic Bioscience.
