Permit valid from 5 Dec as appeals fall flat

After the third quarter, on 6 October, the Environmental Court of Appeal announced that the appeals against Viscaria's previously approved environmental permit will not be granted leave. This means that unless the court's decision is appealed once more, Viscaria's environmental permit (which was approved in May) will enter into law on 5 December. The appeals falling flat is another key milestone for the company, and assuming no more appeals emerge, the next focus area for the company will be to secure financing to re-open the Viscaria mine.
