Vertiseit: Integration and North America in Focus - Redeye

Redeye retains its positive view of Vertiseit following a solid Q4 that largely matches our expectations. Considering the KFC deal and management’s positive statements about the integration process and Visual Art’s contributions to the group, the early impression of the acquisition is positive. While cutting our 2025e EBITDA-CAPEX forecasts somewhat, our positive long-term view is intact.
