Tagmaster: Bid placed on Norwegian competitor - Redeye

The Norwegian competitor Q-FREE, listed on the Oslo stock exchange, has a bid placed on it by Juniper AS to acquire the 62.8% shareholding of Q-FREE and an additional offer for the remaining shares at the same price after the completion of the initial transaction.
