Sleep Cycle: Velvet Cichlid does not complete the acquisition - Redeye

Redeye comments on today’s news that Velvet Cichlid does not complete the offer of Sleep Cycle, which was conditional. One of the conditions was that the offeror would become the owner of shares corresponding to more than 90% of the total number of shares in Sleep Cycle, which did not materialize.
