Sivers Semiconductors: Eventual SPAC transaction to uncover hidden value - Redeye

Redeye adds to its recent research notes about Sivers' intention to merge with US-listed SPAC byNordic. Redeye's best guess is that the Photonics part will transact at a value corresponding to SEK8/share for existing Sivers' shareholders. Regarding the remainder of Sivers, the Wireless business, Redeye values this to SEK6/share in its Base Case.
