Serstech: Comment on directed issue - Redeye

This morning, it was announced that Serstech is carrying out a directed share issue amounting to SEK40m before transaction costs. The capital raise is aimed at a group of both Swedish and International professional investors. Following the rights issue, Martin Bjäringer, one of the founders of the PE firm Monterro, will become the largest individual shareholder.
