Sdiptech: The acquisition pace to continue - Redeye

Redeye updates its estimates following Sdiptech’s directed share issue on 16 November 2022, and the latest acquisition of Patol Ltd and Linesense Fire Detection Ltd. Increased dilution from the share issue and a stronger cash position offset each other in our valuation. We raise our estimated acquisition figures for 2023 driven by the increased firepower and the strong acquisition pipeline ahead.
